A unique blend of being on paddle board and doing yoga. Must try for anyone who enjoys either or simply wants to try something fun on water.

Before going into this experience, I was very skeptical. I thought it would be gimmicky and a far cry from the "yoga" I was used to. But from the moment we got out onto the water I knew I couldn't have been more wrong. While there's an initial learning curve to standing on the board, things quickly came together and this was a true "practice" in every sense of the word. There is something magical about doing sun salutations being surrounded by water with the literal morning sun warming your face. Kelsey was a very kind and supportive instructor which helped with adjusting to the format. There was also a great sense of camaraderie amongst the class as we all tried more advanced poses like inversions at the end of class. I highly, highly recommend trying this - I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Yoga Floats was a lot of fun. My wife does yoga and pilates every morning so I join her occasionally and we scheduled this for our honeymoon week in Oahu. Our instructor was super friendly, and the session was fun and challenging to do on a stand-up paddleboard. Just a wonderful way to spend part of your morning. Easy to find, clear instructions, a nice session routine with variations for more challenge, and pictures that will last! We were in shallow water, little to no waves, and minimal wind. Even those who did fall in, no big deal. I'll look to this class each time I'm back in Honolulu.

Such a special sunset yoga session with Curt - one of the highlights of my trip to Hawaii for sure! I have some yoga experience but never tried SUP yoga before - overall the class felt accessible, a good level of challenging… and we were in shallow, warm water so no fear about losing balance or going overboard. Good communication the day of the booking and was easy to find the group at the meeting point.

I've done this two years in a row and I would do it again! Last year I only did the Yoga class, but this year my travel companion and I did the SUP lesson and then I stayed and did the yoga. Even if you are a beginner/novice to SUP or Yoga, you will have a good time... even better if you fall in. :) Every time I've gone out, I've see a sea turtle and little fishes swimming by. It's magical and the instructors are GREAT. Yoga Floats knows how to create an amazing memory. Pro-Tip - Buy the photo package, it is 100% worth it.

I loved being on the water with the glowing lights under the stars. That said, I was surprised by how much time was spent on the actual yoga vs. time spent on the photo shoot for the individuals who had purchased photo packages. It felt like the yoga was cut short and the focus was on people getting good photos. We had a particularly large group this evening, so we were also very spread out, making it hard to hear the instructor. I was also asked to set up my board furthest away from the group so didn’t hear the instructor inform me that my spot would make it difficult to see the fireworks through the trees. I still enjoyed this unique experience, but I wish more time had been spent on savoring the experience itself.

The location was perfect and the class was the perfect length. Heather gave us expert tips for balancing our moves on the board and enough challenge so that I felt like a super yogi. I will definitely take another class the next time I visit. Thank you!

My friend and I had a healing experience with Kelsi, she was not only an experienced yoga instructor but also and caring one. A few of us are easily motion sick and she had a few natural remedies like maridian points pressure wrist span and peppermint oil for us. I didn't feel motion sickness during the session, and it was an absolutely bliss time. I was surrounded by the ocean, the city and aloha under Kelsi's instructions and care. Thank you Kelsi, hope I heard your name right!

This is such a cool experience! If you get the chance.. it is a must try! We did the evening class with the glow in the dark option. So cool! The instructors were fun, welcoming, and helpful. Get there early- especially if doing the night class so you have time to find them when you get to the park.

Scheduled a 7:30am paddle board session for my wife and I. This being our first time doing this, so we were nervous and really didn't know what to expect. We met up with our instructor Karin- and from the hello we were set at ease. Karin is a real gentle soul who is just really a joy to be around. There were only 3 of us for the session, so it was a personal session. Karin was really good at explaining the how to's, and even better when we got on the water. My wife is not a water person so she had her struggles. Karin was so sweet to make sure she was ok, calmly getting her on her board and then my wife was off and running. We all had so much fun- and were even treated to Sea Turtles swimming along with us. That hour went by so fast! When it was over, we all talked about what a special time that was. I have to agree. Thank you Karin and thank you Yoga Floats for an amazing time. I highly reccomend booking with Yoga Floats.

If you have never tried SUP yoga before, you should do so with Yoga Floats. Kelsie was an amazing instructor - attentive, kind, and personable. She lead us through the practice from simply getting comfortable on the board to experimenting with different poses towards the end. She meets people where they are and modifies or challenges for all levels, while also keeping the tone of the class light. Would definitely do it again on a future visit. Watch out for that tree pose!

Easy booking experience online through the website. Class max at about 10 so you get some individual attention. Beautiful setting that is easy to get to with ample parking. No need to be an expert yogi to participate and the class is conducted in peaceful, shallow water so no need to be an expert waterman or paddler to do this class. The morning yoga was a great way to start off the day, and liked it so much I did this twice. Discount for returnees. Highly recommend! low-key and no judgment.

This was my first time trying SUP, and I'm so glad it happened in Oahu! Kelsey was absolutely amazing -- super friendly and patient. She chose a stunning location with clear, clam sea waters that were both beginner-friendly and surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. While enjoying the peaceful ocean, I even spotted some sea turtles, which made the experience even more magical. The area wasn't crowded at all, which made it feel more personal and relaxing. Kelsey also gave detailed instructions that made it easy and enjoyable for a first-timer like me.Overall, it was an excellent and memorable SUP experience -- great value for the price! Highly recommended for anyone visting Oahu!

I just did this today. It was definitely a great experience. Kelsey was our instructor, she was so friendly and really took her time corecting me and helping me with my poses. The beach is nice, water was warm so falling off the board was fun I don't feel pressured to stay on my board and do the poses like a pro. There is no judgement here. :-) I will definitely do this again. Mahalo!
